I’m a gadget geek and love any excuse to get one so back in December 2014 I discovered activity trackers, I needed an excuse to buy a Fitbit so I said to my wife that I was ready to lose the pounds and get fit 💪
At the time I weighed 20st and my weight was only going up! My wife agreed and we purchased two Fitbits on the Christmas Eve and we committed to using Myfitnesspal to log our food.
At this point I also said I wanted to run to help lose the weight…. You can see how I get carried away!
Now, my wife is a realist and soon brought me down to earth and said we should really loose some weight before trying to run.
So…. I set my goal of wanting to lose 2st before my sisters wedding in May 2015…
