It’s now May 2015 and having set my target of loosing 2st by the end of May I managed to meet to target weight on the 12th of May 😀 I was over the moon. I know weighed 18st. 💪
Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t easy but with doing things gradually and walking and then building up to beginner running I was feeling better within myself.
The tricks that I’d taken on board from Mind over Fatter were helping…
We no longer use dinner plates but use our side plates and I weigh my food in particular my breakfast 🙂 this is my weakness – I love cereal and would happily have cereal for every meal if I was allowed 😉
Don’t get me wrong I did have treats but I made sure these weren’t an every day occurrence!
