Now, I know a PT is not a cheap option but I’m fortunate that I’m in a position that I can afford it. It feels like you have to justify how you can afford a PT but for me you can’t put a price on the health benefits and if you need to make sacrifices elsewhere then to me it’s an obvious choice.
However, I probably wouldn’t have thought this a few years ago, it’s all down to the switch flicking in your head that you want to change for yourself.
I feel like that sometimes. People judge you on what you spend your money on. I used to have a pt and go fir classes and the guy would go on abt how much money I must have to spend on that. And I used to justify it by saying it’s a voucher and what what. But at the end of the day no one was judging how much money he spent going out to drink every Friday.
