My next race is a week today so this week will be prep week ensuring my legs are nice and relaxed and fresh for Sunday.
I’ll have my normal weekly PT session and go for another 5km run between now and then plus a leg massage to loosen my hamstrings.
At the moment I’m feeling much more relaxed about this race than the last one but I can’t believe how quickly it’s come round!
This one will be good as quite a few from the Leeds Frontrunners are taking part as it’s the local one 😀
