On Monday I so didn’t want to go to my session with Claire… it had been such a busy weekend and I was so tired. I ended up having a 20 minute nap and then I was on my way to meet her. We’d agreed that hills were the order of the session so we ran over to that HILL!
Now in my last blog I’d said that 3 times up the hill was probably doable, so we did 3 times and my legs were certainly feeling it.
Af the top after the 3rd go Claire and her persuasion suggested we go down the hill and back to the car that way knowing that when we got to the bottom I’d want to do it again! So we did… the 4th time was the hardest, my legs were certainly feeling it.
Claire had given the get out clause of not having to do the full hill as it was all an achievement… but although I had to stop twice I made it to the top and felt awesome 😀
What was even better is that by the time we got back to the car we’d done 4 miles 😀
